Tools that work, whether or not we ever speak

Everything here is free, genuinely useful on its own, and built from the same thinking my clients pay for. No fluff, no gated brochures pretending to be guides, and most of it needs no email address.

Why give it away? Because my whole approach rests on one claim: winning and keeping clients is a capability your business can learn, not a talent you're born with. These tools are that claim, demonstrated. If they work, you'll know what working together properly might be worth. If you take them and build alone, that's a win too

 Start here: find the leak

If you only take one thing from this page, take this. Every engagement I run starts with diagnosis, and this is the same thinking, free, in fifteen minutes

The Revenue System Self-Assessment

Most owners can name their symptoms: not enough leads, revenue you can't predict, growth stalled at the edge of your network. Far fewer can name the constraint causing them, and that's the expensive gap, because effort aimed at the wrong stage is effort wasted.

Fifteen minutes of honest answers scores your business across the eight stages of how expertise-led firms win and keep clients, from targeting through to advocacy, and shows you where the biggest leak sits. Fix things in that order, and everything else you try starts working harder.

Then fix what it finds

Four tools, each aimed at a leak the assessment commonly uncovers. Take the one that stings

The Qualification Scorecard

You know the proposal I mean. Weeks of work, for a prospect who was never going to buy. This one-page framework separates real opportunities from flattering conversations before they eat your diary, and gives you permission to walk away early.

Why Expertise Is Hard to Sell

Buyers can't judge expertise before they buy it, and the people who have it usually hate selling it. Once you see those two facts clearly, everything that's ever frustrated you about marketing your firm finally makes sense, and so does the fix

The Referral Engine Guide

Your best clients would happily refer you more often. Almost nobody makes it easy for them. How to turn referrals from a pleasant surprise into a deliberate, comfortable system, without ever making a client feel used.

The 90-Day Revenue Foundations Plan

A realistic plan for the four stages that matter first, built for owners with three to five hours a week, not thirty. Honest about what ninety days can achieve, and refreshingly clear about what it can't.

Setting Revenue Goals That Actually Change Behaviour

Grow the business' is a hope wearing a goal costume. The test: did it change what you did this Monday? A forty-minute guided working session that turns a vague ambition into numbers you'd stand behind, and a plan that starts this week.

Found something worth discussing?

If a score surprises you, or a tool surfaces a question about your business, that's exactly what a Discovery Call is for. No pitch, no pressure, and you'll leave with something useful either way.

SMARTER ENTREPRENEURS - AUTO-RESIZING EMBED SNIPPET ===================================================== WHERE TO PUT IT (once, covers all five embeds): 1. Wix Dashboard > Settings > Custom Code (under Advanced). 2. Click "+ Add Custom Code". 3. Paste everything between the START/END lines below. 4. Name it "Embed auto-resize", apply to All Pages (or just the pages with assessments), place in Body - end. Save & publish. ----- START: copy from the line below ----- ----- END: copy up to the line above ----- NOTES - Re-upload the five embed files first (they now report their own height); the old copies do not. - You can now remove the per-breakpoint manual heights: give the HTML element any small starting height and it will grow to fit on every screen size. - In the classic Wix editor, elements are pinned in place, so give the embed its own strip or section so growth does not overlap content below it. - The embed grows to fit but will not shrink below the height you set in the editor, so start it small (e.g. 400px). - Deep links: the snippet also passes the page URL's query string to the embeds, so a link like /self-assessment?stage=qualification opens the quiz directly at that stage. Accepted values: strategic, attract, qualification, nurturing, conversion, retention, growth, advocacy, or 1-8. If you already pasted an older version of this snippet, replace it with this one.
