The ten key areas review
The ten key areas review: about fifteen minutes, free, and it shows you the two or three areas that would make the biggest difference.
The Discovery Call
A working conversation, free, for forty-five minutes to an hour on Zoom. You tell me about the business: where it is, what you want to be different, and what's getting in the way. I'll ask questions and tell you honestly what I see, including anything useful you can act on whatever happens next. At the end, we both decide whether there's anything worth doing together.
No pitch, no pressure, and you'll leave with something useful either way.
SMARTer Business Review
From £750. One-off.
A proper look at the whole business, and a clear view of what to do first.
Before we meet, you answer a short questionnaire and share a few key numbers. Then we spend half a day together on Zoom (about three and a half hours, which we can split into two sessions) working through the ten key areas of your business. Afterwards you receive a written summary.
Right for you if: you want a thorough look before committing to anything longer, or you want clear priorities and intend to act on them yourself. You are welcome to bring one or two members of your leadership team.

Value guarantee: if you don't think the Review was worth the fee, tell me within 14 days of receiving the summary and you don't pay it.
If you go on to the SMARTer Programme within 30 days, the full cost of the Review comes off the Programme.
SMARTer Programme
From £1,500 a month, for six months.
Six months of focused work on the areas that matter most to you.
The Programme is where most of the change happens. It starts with a SMARTer Business Review, which is included, so we agree the priorities and set the goals before anything else. Then we meet twice a month for six months.
Right for you if: you, or you and your leadership team, want real change in two or three areas over the next six months, and you are willing to do the work between sessions.

A review at 90 days and a closing review against the goals we set at the start.

Help to bring in the right specialist when a question needs one, and to brief them well.
The 90-day exit: if you are not seeing measured progress after 90 days, you can stop, with no further fees.
Afterwards: most owners simply finish. Some move to SMARTer Mentoring to keep the discipline going, and some take a second six months on new priorities. Nothing renews automatically. Optional: quarterly half-day sessions with your leadership team, priced separately.
SMARTer Mentoring
From £400 a month.
An experienced person to think with, once a month.
A lighter, steadier relationship, and the way to keep the capability in place once the main work is done. We meet once a month for 90 minutes, and you can send a short message between sessions when something needs a second opinion before the next one.
Right for you if: you have finished the Programme and want to keep going, or you want regular perspective, challenge and accountability without the pace of a programme.
